Section 1 in THE ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT OFFICERS AND STAFF (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND CONDUCT) RULES, 1976
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Allahabad HighCourt Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1976.(2)They shall apply to all officers and other members of the establishment of the HighCourt.(3)They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
