Section 24 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
24. Extinction of rights. -
Rights in respect of which no claim has been preferred under section 22 and of the existence of which no knowledge has been acquired by inquiry under section 23, shall be extinguished.
