(1)Before drawing the prize amount, every prized subscriber shall furnish, and before making payment of the prize amount, the foreman shall take, reasonable security for the due payment of future subscriptions; and if the foreman is the prized subscriber, he shall give security for the due payment of future subscriptions to the satisfaction of the Registrar.(2)If any foreman makes default in complying with the provisions of sub-section (1), he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
