Section 32(1) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(1)If an affiliated institution fails to comply with the conditions of affiliation as provided in section 25, the Board may issue a notice to the management to show cause as to why the privileges conferred in the institution by affiliation should not be withdrawn in part or in whole or modified.
