Section 1 in The M.P. Motoryan Karadhan Rules, 1991
1. Short title and commencement.
(a)These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan Rules, 1991.(b)They shall come into force on the date the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 is brought into force under sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the said Act.
