13. Appeals and procedure
.-(1) Every appeal under sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Act shall be preferred in Form VII signed by the aggrieved person or his authorised advocate and presented to the appellate officer in person or sent to him by registered post.(2)The Controlling Authority may prescribed a fee for the appeal to be filed under section 14 of the Act and the manner in which such fee will be paid.
