Section 29(4)(i) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010

(i)Failure of brakes to apply or to release shall be indicated on the Train Control and Monitoring System panel, if brakes fail to apply upto a maximum of any two cars, passengers must be detrained at the next station and the train worked to depot at a speed not exceeding twenty five kilometer per hour;
