Section 5(a) in Punjab Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Act, 1952
(a)publish a notice in the prescribed manner calling upon habitual offender -(i)to appear at a time and place specified therein before the person appointed by him in this behalf,(ii)to give to that person such information as may be necessary to enable him to complete the register,
