(7)Where any claimant succeeds in any claim under sub-section (3) or in any suit filed under sub-section (4), he shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, be entitled to possession of the land and to the rent realised from the lessee after deducting all arrears of land revenue due in respect of such land and the expenses of its management.Division
