Section 44(2) in The M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960
(2)It a party to an industrial dispute or a witness or any other person giving any information or producing any document in a conciliation proceeding makes a request in writing to the Conciliator that such information or the contents of such document be treated as confidential, the Conciliator shall direct that such information or document be treated as confidential:Provided that the Conciliator may permit the information or the contents of the document to be disclosed to the other party.
