1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Scheme shall be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Reform (Transfer of Transmission and Related Activities including the Assets, Liabilities and related Proceedings) Scheme, 2010.(2)This Scheme shall be applicable to the Assets, Liabilities and related Proceedings of U.P. Power Corporation Limited, its associated Companies and Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited.
