Section 12 in The Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Act, 1953
12. Cognizance of offence.
(1)No prosecution under this Act shall be instituted except by or with the previous sanction of the Inspector of Factories.(2)No court inferior to that a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence against this Act or any rules thereunder.
