Section 3(4) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(4)On receipt of the certificate of authorisation under sub-section (3), the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan shall establish at Chitrakootdham the University by the name of Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University.
