Prescribed officer under section 80.-The prescribed officer for the purposes of section 80 shall be the officer commanding the Forces in the field, or the air or other officer commanding the Command, group, or in the field any detached portion of the air force, in which the trial was held, or any officer superior in command to such air or other officer.
