Section 46 in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
46. Waiver.
- The party who proceeds with the arbitration fails to raise the objection in writing against non compliance of the rules, shall be deemed to have waived the right to object.
