Section 3(1) in The Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1963
(1)The Chancellor and first Vice-Chancellor of the Vishwa Vidyalaya and the first Members of the Board and of the Academic Council of the Vishwa Vidyalaya and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members are, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the [Jawahar Lai Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya.] [Substituted by M.P.
