(2)The services so created shall include a full-fledged Forensic Science Laboratory at the State-level and as many number of Mobile Forensic Science Units as necessary with appropriate equipment and scientific manpower, in keeping with the guidelines laid down by the Directorate of Forensic Science or the Bureau of Police Research and Development of the Government of India.
