DR. THOKCHOM MEINYA (INNER MANIPUR): It has been more than two years since Government of India (GoI) and NSCN-IM signed a Framework of Agreement on 3rd August 2015. It appears nobody knows the content of it. Muivah talks of shared sovereignty with GoI. Even through RTI, we are not getting the details of this agreement. Nagaland Tribes Council has questioned the Chief Minister of Nagaland for supporting the Agreement without knowing the details. The demand of NSCN-IM for Greater Nagaland is unacceptable because it includes a large chunk of the territory of Manipur. The Government of Manipur also wanted to know the details of the agreement but to no avail. The Prime Minister's version about the Agreement is in contradiction to that of Muivah. We are very anxious about the contents of the agreement. I demand and urge upon the Prime Minister to make a statement in Lok Sabha to clarify the position during this ongoing Session.
