Section 61(1) in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
(1)An applicant for, or the holder of a mineral concession shall intimate to the State Government within sixty days any change that may take place in his name, nationality or other particulars furnished to the State Government.
