Section 4(2) in The U.P. Bhagirathi River Valley Authority Act, 1999
(2)The Member-Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority. He may be assisted by Additional Chief Executive Officer who shall be appointed by the State Government on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
