Section 65 in Orissa Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004
65. Interest on delayed payment.
- If the licensee/lessee/permit holder finals to make payment of royalty, rent, fee or any sum payable by him under these rules within the due time simple interest at the rate of twenty four percent per annum on such dues shall be charged until payment of such dues are paid.
