Ms. Subhra Nag ... For the State Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record.

After considering the submission made by the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the instant application, it appears that the writ petitioner was appointed as the third Sahayika of Masheshpur Shishu Siksha Kendra situated in the district of Purba Medinipur, under Nandigram-I Panchayat Samity. It is the specific case of the petitioner that in spite of being appointed as far back as on 1st January, 2008, she is yet to get any honorarium for the services rendered by her as a Sahayika in the concerned Shishu Siksha Kendra. 2 In such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent no. 3, being the Mission Director, Paschimbanga Rajya Shishu Siksha Mission, to obtain a report in the form of an affidavit from the respondent no. 4, being the Block Development Officer, Nandigram-I Development Block & Executive Officer, Nandigram-I Panchayat Samity, Nandigram, Purba Medinipur, and submit the same before this Court by next Wednesday (i.e. on 28.09.2011).

Let this matter appear for further consideration under the same heading on 28th September, 2011.
