Section 2 in The Andhra Pradesh Home Guards Act, 1948
2. Definitions
In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context:-(a)"Home Guard" means a person who is appointed a Home Guard under this Act.(b)"prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
