Section 80(2) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(2)The place of enquiry shall be within the Corporation provided that the Tribunal may, on being satisfied that special circumstances exist rendering it desirable that the enquiry should be held elsewhere, appoint some other convenient place for the enquiry.
