Section 252(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)No exhibition by cinematograph or other apparatus in which inflammable film is used, no public dramatic performance, circus, or pantomime, shall be given within the limits of the City except in premises for which a licence has been granted by Commissioner under this section.
