Section 10(1) in The Punjab Ad Hoc, Contractual, Daily Wage, Temporary, Work Charged and Outsourced Employees Welfare Act, 2016
(1)The employees covered under this Act shall be governed by the conditions of service as are applicable to the employees in the respective cadre in which they stand appointed.
