Section 105(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
(1)The provision of Chapter VI, shall, with respect of any sum mentioned or referred to in this Chapter, apply, so far as they can be made applicable, as if the sum were an arrear of land revenue and the person from whom, either as principal or as surety, it is due were a defaulter in respect of such an arrear.
