(20)"management" means the trustees or the managing or governing body, by whatever name called, of any trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 or any society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 under whose management an institution to be admitted to the privileges of the University functions;[(20-a) "Other Backward Classes" means and includes such classes or parts of or groups within such classes as are declared from time to time, by the State Government to be Other Backward Classes;] [Clause (20-a) was inserted by Maharashtra 7 of 1993, Section 18.]
