Section 51(1)(b) in The Rules For the Administration, Admission and Rehabilitation of Persons in Homes and Shelters, 1970

(b)The Superintendent shall be responsible for management and general supervision of all work of the Home including the supervision of the work of the staff, maintenance of accounts and financial transactions, accounts of clothing, food stock, stores, private property of inmates, if any, etc.
