(a)ex officio members:
(i)the Vice-Chancellor;
(ii)the Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal;
(iii)the Secretary, Finance Department, Government of West Bengal or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary, Finance Department, Government of West Bengal;
(iv)the Deans of the Faculty Councils for Post-Graduate and Undergraduate Studies ;
(v)the Member Secretary, West Bengal State Council of Higher Education;
(vi)the President, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education;
