This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to take action upon the criminal complaint dated 26.12.2020 and for registration of FIR under Section 7 of POCSO Act and Sections 441, 363, 368, 395, 376 read with Section 511 & 506 IPC against respondents No.6 to 20 and to arrest them in accordance with law.

Notice of motion had been issued, pursuant to which appearance has been caused on behalf of the respondent-State as well as respondents No.6 to 20.

As per the reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State by way of affidavit of Shamsher Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana, the matter has been investigated and FIR No.65 dated 17.02.2021 under Sections 147, 149, 343, 354B, 506 IPC has been registered at Police 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 24-08-2021 20:36:40 ::: CRM-M No.4343 of 2021 Station Ferozepur Jhirkha. Statement of the prosecutrix was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 20.02.2021 and her school certificate obtained from High School, Mahu on 23.02.2021 reflected her date of birth as 04.03.2005 and therefore, as per the said school certificate, she was minor on the date of the incident. Thereafter, Section 10 of the POCSO Act has also been added.

In view of the reply filed by the respondent-State, no further orders are called for in the instant petition. Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
