Section 5(1) in The Industrial Reconstruction Bank Of India Act, 1984
(1)On such [date] [20-3-1985: Vide Notifn. No. S.O. 198(E), dt. 18-3-1985.] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, the undertaking of the Corporation shall stand transferred to, and shall vest in, the Reconstruction Bank.
