Section 247(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)All passageway, platform or any other places of construction work at the building or other construction work shall be kept by the employer free from accumulation of dust, debris or similar material and from other obstructions that may cause tripping.
