Section 21(f) in The Rajasthan P.W.D. Contractor's Labour Regulations, 1966
(f)The contractor shall not employ men below the age of 18 and women on the work of painting with products containing leads in any form. Whenever men above the age of 18 are employed on the work of lead painting, the following precaution should be taken.
