CAN 6842 of 2014 is a formal application for deleting the name of the opposite party no. 9(a). It is submitted by the petitioner that such person had died prior to the present petition being filed, though an erroneous submission appears to have been made on behalf of the petitioner as recorded in the order dated July 28, 2014. Since the heirs of the deceased opposite party no. 9(a) are already on record and were parties to the proceedings in the forum below, CAN 6842 of 2014 is disposed of by recording the death of the opposite party no. 9(a) on July 7, 2012 and by directing the deletion of such person from the array of parties.
2CO No. 1139 of 2014 will appear as a motion in the monthly list of December, 2014.
There will be no order as to costs.
