(4)The Chairman shall be entitled to receive from the funds of the Authority such salary, allowances and perquisites, if any, and governed by such terms and conditions, as may be determined by the Government, from time to time](4-A) The Vice-Chairman shall be a whole-time paid member of the Authority and shall be entitled to receive from the funds of the Authority such salaries and such allowances, if any, and governed by such conditions of service, as may be determined by regulations made in this behalf.
