- If the party or the Advocate accepts or is deemed to have accepted the correctness of the office objection regarding court fee and valuation, he shall remove the same within the time specified in rule 65, and if the deficit court fees is not paid or the valuation is not corrected, as the case may be, within the time specified, the procedure prescribed in Chapter XII shall be followed.
