Section 21 in The Maharashtra Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1962
21. Tribunal.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Sales Tax Act, 1959, the Tribunal constituted under that Act, shall also be the Tribunal for the purpose of hearing appeals under this Act, and accordingly, the provisions of section 21 of that Act (including any regulations made thereunder with such modifications (if any) therein as circumstances may require) shall also apply to and in relation to such Tribunal, for the purposes of this Act.
