Section 57(2)(r) in The West Bengal Private Forests Act, 1948.

(r)the manner in which the copy of a notification issued under sub-section (7) of section 10 shall be served under sub-section (2) of that section, the determination by the Forest Settlement-officer of the matters specified in clause (c) of sub-section (4) of that section, the determination of compensation referred to in sub-section (5) of that section, the maximum amount of an award against which no appeal shall lie under clause (v) of that sub-section the manner of payment of compensation under sub-section (6) of that section, and the manner in which the consultation referred to in sub-section (9) of that section shall be made, a copy of the order referred to in that sub-section shall be served and the working plan referred to in that sub-section shall be prepared;
