Section 5(3) in Gujarat Single Window Clearances Rules, 2017
(3)Every applicant applying for Pre-operation clearance for an enterprise/ industry before commencement of commercial production shall apply in the Common Application Form (CAF). If a specific clearance is not covered by the Common Application Form the applicant shall file additional forms as prescribed under relevant Acts/ departments.
