8. Ballot Papers.
- Ballot papers to be used at the election shall be in Hindi and in Forms 3 annexed to this rule and the names of the contesting candidates shall be given therein Hindi in the same order as in the list of contesting candidate. The ballot papers may be handwritten, typewritten, cyclostyled or printed.
