UOI By order dated 24th February, 2015, WP 3558-61 of 2002 were dismissed as appearing under the heading 'Old Writ Matters' since none appeared for the parties and no accommodation was prayed for even at the second call.
However, it is brought to the notice of this Court today that WP 3558(W) of 2002 in the matter of 'Jata Shankar Singh @ J.S. Singh -vs- Union of India' is the sole writ matter which was enlisted under the heading "Old Writ Matters" before this Court on 24th February, 2015.
Accordingly, let the cause title of the order dated 24th February, 2015 be corrected to read only as WP 3558(W) of 2002.
Registry to carry out the necessary correction. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 25th February, 2015.
