Section 11(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1974
(1)An application for a special game hunting licence, a big game hunting licence or a small game hunting licence shall be made in Form I :Provided that no application for a licence shall be entertained from any person eligible for registration under Section 34, unless the applicant has registered his name and address under the said section :Provided further that no person shall apply for a licence under this Chapter unless he possesses a valid licence for sport in Form No. Ill set out in Schedule 111 to the /Aims Rules, 1962.
