Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records
on the file of the 2nd respondent in pursuant to the impugned order passed
by him dated 07.11.2023 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and
consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate
in the next level selection process in pursuant of TNUSRB Joint
Recruitment for the post of Sub Inspector of Police-2023 if the petitioner
found eligible in Physical Measurement Test (PMT) during Re-Physical

ORDER
Challenging the Disqualification Slip dated 07.11.2023, wherein, the petitioner was disqualified for not having required chest, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Pending the Writ Petition, the respondents have conducted physical endurance test, as well as the chest measurement, in which, the petitioner was declared as qualified after the chest re-measurement test.
3. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
Hence, the respondents herein shall subject the petitioner to further selection process.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
