Section 12(ii) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation General Regulations, 2002
(ii)Every share certificate shall be issued under the Common Seal of the Corporation which shall be affixed in presence of at least two Directors, one of whom shall be the Managing Director in accordance with the Regulation No. 76 (ii).
