Section 23(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014
(1)A privately placed InvIT shall ensure that the disclosures in the placement memorandum are in accordance with the sub-regulation (4) of regulation 15 and any circulars or guidelines issued by the Board in this regard.
