Section 45(2)(a) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985

(a)Inspection of the copying section, Library, stores, Record-Room, Forms and Stationery, Accounts and Office Section shall be done by the Section Officer, as may be authorised in this behalf.
