285. Budget estimate to be submitted punctually.
- District and Divisional Officers should personally see to the punctual submission of their budget estimates to controlling officers on the prescribed dates.They are reminded that any delay in the submission of the estimates prevents the completion of the consolidated budget estimate of the province and necessarily leads to much inconvenience.
