None present for both the sides. On last date it was found that the appellant consistently remained absent on previous dates. This Commission issued notice to the appellant and respondent on 26/12/2013, as appeal is received on transfer from the State Commission, Mumbai. However, no report about service of notice to the appellant is received but notice issued to the respondent is returned unserved with endorsement as "Left". We presume that the notice is duly served on the appellant as it is issued to the appellant on his correct address given in the appeal memo. As the appellant is absent, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.
 
Appeal is recalled at 3.45 p.m. for order. Presently also none appeared for the appellant. Hence, appeal is dismissed in default.
