712. Extract from the Insolvency Act to be pasted.
(1)Extracts from the Insolvency Act, 1920, in Punjabi, containing the provisions relating to insolvency, shall be pasted up in every ward or jail appropriate to civil debtors and Revenue defaulters.(2)Any prisoner who wishes to be declared insolvent under the Act, shall be given every assistance and may be provided with writing materials for the purpose by the Superintendent.
